Violas made by Mr. Davis are in use by a number of semi- and fully professional players throughout the United States. His violas are known for their resonance and comfortable playability.When ordering a new viola, the buyer has a broad latitude of details from which to choose, including figure and appearance of the woods used, style of fittings, and most importantly, the playing measurements of the finished instrument.

Mr. Davis has finished two Violas based on the work of Johan Georg Thir. These instruments are playing well and will provide a lifetime of pleasure for their owners.
